WHO WE ARE
Liquid Fun is Boston University's short and long form improv comedy troupe. Since our unofficial founding in 1998, we have gone on to win countless tournaments and awards including the 2018-2019 New England Regional College Improv Championship! We perform free shows each month on BU's campus. But we don't stop there.
We have performed at nearly every college in Massachusetts, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, comedy theaters, fundraisers and more. Every spring we host a 24-hour comedy marathon to raise money for the Great Boston Area Food Bank.
HOW TO FUN
We are a non-audition group.
Instead, we hold open practices, year-round, on Sunday nights from 7-9 PM in BU College of Arts and Sciences B36. No experience necessary! We then call up people on a rolling basis to join our ensemble. We are always looking for new members! Our open practices include teaching improv and performing improv. Every night we teach and practice a new improv skill. Variety is our middle name, despite what you may have heard (“Felix” is just a vicious rumor ).
